"A&E and Ward 8"

About: Solihull Hospital

Anything else?

I was admitted to ward 8 via the A&E department at 5.45pm on 13/5/2013 following a severe headache.I had never experienced pain like it.The receptionist on duty at A&E could see how uncomfortable I was and led me by the arm to a cubicle for assesment. The doctors and nurses who attended were fantastic and I was subsequently moved to Ward 8 where I underwent tests for the next three days. Everyone on the ward from the consultants, doctors and nurses to the auxillary staff are fantastic. They do a remarkable job with dedication, professionalism, and a very caring attitude.
