"Lady was not that pleasant on the phone"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

My carer had a phone call from TRAQS. Had to ring a few times as didn't know who was ringing for.

Lady was not that pleasant on the phone, quite frustrating to say the least.

Appointment wise was through quite a lot quicker than expected.
