"My recent health care experience has been excellent."

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

My recent health care experience has been excellent.

From seeing my GP in late March, then seeing the neurologist in early June at Stoke City Hospital, and now to have an MRI scan in July.

As a retired nurse, I was very impressed.

Thank you for providing feedback about your recent referral.

The aim is that patients should not wait more than 18 weeks from the date of referral to the beginning of their treatment, so it is pleasing to note that you were seen within the time period set and that you were satisfied by the service received. I am sure as a retired nurse you are well aware of the waiting times hospitals are currently experiencing so I am pleased that you have had such a prompt appointment.
