on registering in reception within minutes seen in triage straight to X ray back to nurse for stitches- well done ladies in and out well within the hour ( most of that taken by my cowardliness when brilliant nurse had to stitch my finger) everyone was helpful/ kind and informed me of every process. NHS at its best. this MIU is not published enough. My daughter- (NHS) told me about it / son previously used this service) - its advertised in surgeries - why not in local papers similar to chemist hours/111 services. Take a lot away from A&E staff / cheaper than out of hours doctors well done Doddington

Thank you so much for your positive feedback, it is really nice to know that we do provide a worthwhile and valued service. I will pass this onto all staff within MIU and X-Ray. We are currently looking at our strategy for advertising the MIU service, new posters are being designed in-house, and we hope to get these out and about within the local community soon.
