"I did not know who TRAQS were until they explained to me "

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Doctor should have explained more, I did not know who TRAQS were until they explained to me over the phone. Then I was able to make an informed decision and after that everything was excellent.

As regards to getting to the hospital, parking and doctors at the hospital were very good. A good experience all round.

Except not enough was explained already by my doctor of the method of booking hospitals.

I am disappointed to note that your GP failed to fully inform you about the service provided by TRAQS. There is an explanatory leaflet, held in all GP Practices, which should have been issued on the subject. However, I am glad to note that following your referral TRAQS was able to explain the service we provide in full to your satisfaction and that you were able to make an informed choice regarding your appointment.

I am pleased that your experience has proved to be a positive one.
