"How I felt about being referred to the Continence Service."

About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Continence advisory service

(as the patient),

I was put at ease, reassured. I was confident with the nurse, her methods of diagnosis and her conclusions which were reached by examination and discussion and sensible explanations of what was happening

Thankyou for your comments Rose

We have a team of nurses who specialise in assessing and treating continence problems. Part of our role is performing any necessary tests and an examination to be able to decide on a treatment plan. We also aim to use 'jargon free' explanations about our findings and plan of action!

I hope you continue to feel comfortable and at ease when you visit our clinic.
