What I liked
I had to take my son to A&E with a suspected broken wrist. The department was dirty, noisy and chaotic. We didn't feel welcome or reassured. Next time I will go somewhere else
What could be improved
Friendlier and more helpful staff.
Staff who smile and don't grunt at you
Better car parking
