(as the patient),

The attention and service I received was extremely good. I understand that the premises in which the clinic was held are temporary. New premises will be a great help to staff involved. The quicker they are provided the better.

Because of a change in the date of my appointment, I received no less than five letters from the hospital administration - not efficient.

It is great to hear that the attention and service was good, but I am really sorry to hear about your frustration with the letters. We are making improvements - perhaps not quickly enough - but this is definitely something that we are tackling and will continue to tackle.
