"six month hospital visit"

after been picked up by the ambulance i was taken to russesls hall with injurys to my legs feet and spine, at first i was happy someone was helping me, the staff who saw me first must of been thether staff they was really nice but as soon as i hit the ward oh my what a differnce its obvious the ward staff are stressed out and genarally dont give a monkeys, i wasnt even shown where my morpy drip was so had a unbearable night, hot food served stone cold oh happy times, really, the catering staff are unbelieveable not even a smile, i was glad after 3 months in this dump i got transfered to selly oak on the army ward and my, what a difference my ordeal was over, now in selly oak i could really constrat on getting better, sorry for my bad spelling.

Our staff do work under pressure at times but there is never an excuse for not smiling or giving our patients a negative experience when they are in our care.
