"Gall bladder operation"

About: North Manchester General Hospital

Anything else?

I went into North Manchester General Hospital on November 29th for a removal of my gall bladder, I reported to the day service unit at 7.30 am as arranged after waiting for 8 half hours in a crowded waiting room Nil by mouth for over 12 hours I walked out after informing staff that I had a banging headache and severe dehydration. I expected to be shown to a bed on a ward and made comfortable and readied for my operation instead I was treated as if I was just going to have a tooth out. Things need to change.
