What I liked

I was referred to the hospital by my GP and arrived for a 10.20 appointment. After registering at outpatients I was sent to the relevant clinic and saw the Sister within a few minutes, she was professional but friendly and was very supportive. I was seen by the consultant very quickly and after diagnosis, he said he would do laser treatment immediately. The nurse who assisted him was also very supportive and held my hand throughout the treatment. I have nothing but praise for my treatment at the Alex. My appointment was for 10.20 and I was diagnosed, treated and given a follow up appointment within 1 and a half hours. I would like to thank all the staff concerned for making my treatment a very positive experience.
