I had pulled my Hip out of its socket so was advised to go to urgent care centre. Disgusting service by the member of reception who did not seem to care at all about the pain i was in and didn't even make eye contact wit me. Their words were ( name... DOB.... whats wrong.... take a seat). thats it interpersonal relations need improving much!?!? After sitting in ain for an hour and a half I asked when i would be seen I was told i would be next. After watching several people go in i asked again when i would be seen I was told next. Again after watching several more people go in I asked again when i would be seen I was again told next it had now been 3 hours. At this time I left and walked back to Apsley in agony and with much screaming Popped my hip back in myself. Disgusted by the attitude and service and would never go back there.
