What I liked
Many of the staff are very committed.
What could be improved
I am astounded at the lack of communication, discussion and involvement of patients and relatives.
Our relative is being treated like a parcel. A suggestion to move him to a care home TOMORROW! - has been taken without any discussion, no discharge date available and no discharge package discussed.
This is appalling. I do hope no-one else has to go through this.
