What I liked
The ward i was on D27 was well staffed and very friendly. I couldnt fault the treatment i recieved from the ward staff to the consultant.
What could be improved
I wasnt happy that the 2 to a bed rule wasnt enforced,especially in the days straight after my operation. It is not acceptable when there are6 or 7 visitors round a bed when you are trying to recouperate.
Also we filled in the menu sheets every day and as our bay was one of the last to get their food , there wasnt anything that we had ordered left. WHATS THE POINT OF FILLING THE MENU IN???
