"Receptionist was extremely rude"

About: Queen's Medical Centre / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I will never go back there again, ED receptionist extremely rude I was in agony and nurse or doctor never offered pain relief.

Kept waiting for 3 and a half hours then just as I was about to breach the 4 hours I was seen.
