"Lovely happy nurses, impressed grandfather"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Clinical haematology

(as a relative),

My Grandfather had an appointment at the DVT unit in the William Harvey hospital today for a suspected clot.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the nurses were friendly, happy, kind and caring. They were also running on time, went out of their way to keep us informed as to what was going on and even offered coffee and sandwiches to my 87 year old Grandfather. He was very happy and impressed with the standard of care.

I hope the positive feedback gets back to them as they were lovely.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with feedback, we are really pleased to hear that your grandfather was cared for with kindness and with a smile. I will absolutely ensure that staff receive your feedback- it will bring more smiles to their faces! I hope your grandfather continues to recover from the DVT.
