About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Well taken care of by the staff at TRAQS. Initially a mix up at first regarding 2 specialist referrals by my GP.

I then required to see my GP again to sort out the problem created by TRAQS.

This my GP did by re-referring me to the Orthopeadic specialist - my appointment is in early August for this.

Thank you for your comments. It is difficult to establish from your feedback if there had been in fact two referrals to TRAQS initiated by your GP; if this is the case this might explain the confusion regarding your booking, in which case I can only apologise. However I'm pleased to note that the situation has been resolved and that you now have an appointment early in August.
