Family member taken to Ward seriously ill. Doctor Brighton and the Nursing Staff were absolutely wonderful. Not only to our Mother but also to all the family. They truly could not have don more. So caring and friendly and treated Mother with dignity. Such care and attention was also noted to be given to others on the Ward. The staff are so friendly and put one at ease. The staff that serve drinks and meals were always smiling, friendly and helpful. Even the gentleman calling with papers and magazines was always cheery and stopped for a chat. They all deserve higher salaries.

Thank you so much for taking time to provide us with feedback. I am really pleased to know that your mother received excellent care with kindness and enthusiasm. I know they will appreciate your feedback - it is a very busy ward and it is good to know that staff take time to care. I hope your mother continues to recover.
