(as the patient),

Today I received 4 separate letters inviting me to two blood donation sessions, one with an invite letter, one with a form to be completed for each location.

This is a clear inefficiency and in any case I'd be happy to receive the invite by email.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience or confusion caused. It is possible that if you have donated in more than one venue, your details have been allocated to both on our system and you have therefore received invitations to donate at both. Unfortunately on this occasion, the dates also appear to have been very close together.
