What I liked

I can't fault anything. The staff and consultant were fantastic. I would choose the Princess Royal first in all aspects. Also the appoitments and book in system is a fantasic way of doing things, making your next appontment before you leave the hospital is brilliant. And if nurses need to have a chat to get themselves through the day then thats fine, we all have to do it wherever we work - keeps you sane !!

What could be improved

Can't really think of anything at the moment, hospital food is the same wherever you go - a bit bland, apart from that a great hospital.

I am sorry that you found the food a bit bland. In this week's Inpatient Survey published by the Healthcare Commission our food was rated in the top 20% in the country, but we definitely welcome any feedback as we want to make sure your stay in hospital is as comfortable as possible.
