"The treatment received by everybody was faultless"

About: Heartlands Hospital / Accident and emergency West Midlands Ambulance Service University NHS Foundation Trust

(as a relative),

My father was taken by ambulance to A & E at heartlands hospital in late May.

The treatment he received from everybody in A&E was faultless, all staff were professional in their roles, but also caring and kept us posted on what was happening.

He was transferred to a ward, where again the nursing staff were extremely good at the care provided.

Thank you to all the staff at heartlands and also the ambulance crew.

Dear Ang123, thank you very much for your feedback, I will certainly forward onto the relevant teams for you. Would you be kind enough to let us know which ward your father was on.

I hope that your father is now in good health and once again I would like to thank you for your response.

Kind regards
