dear sir i amm ashamed of the servise i recieved at musgrove i had blood tests done after the ambulance took me to musgrove i had to wait until 7 oclock at night to have a nother one i was then told the results were due at 8 pm at 10 past 8 i decided to leave the hospital as i was there 6 hrs i then returend on sunday at 11 am only to be told i have to have a nothere blood test so i could not go on the tread mill until the results came back so now i have to returne on thursday at 11 am the a.e made the mistake also i noticed at the reseption that there was 5 people standing around chating and behind the reception 6 people chating this is not patent caire this now going to cost me more money in parking i have to use the car because i live 16 miles away and public transport runs every 2 hrs
