Urgent ‘care’ centre – what a joke. Shameful! Rude disgusting people. Totally clueless. Worse than a third world hospital! It was like guess work; and terrible bedside manner. Disgusting.

The Urgent Care Centre is not operated by our organisation, Croydon Health Services NHS Trust, but is commissioned by Croydon Clinical Commissioning Group and delivered by Virgin Care from premises on our Croydon University Hospital site.
