Went for blocked tear duct, told it was something else. Had to see a different Dr who told me it was blocked tear duct, but Dr wasn't my named GP.
Had to go back after 2 weeks as problem had got worse, told to bathe it and Dr would refer me to a specialist.
Had to call Dr to see if this had been done, which it hadn't, then at the end of June had TRAQS phone call and letter, and couldn't offer me an appointment, so still waiting and the letter with the sheet said it could take 6 weeks to get me an appointment.
Care so far has been very poor.
"Could not offer me an appointment, so still waiting."
