Great hospital with great staff who work hard. Bed manager was a bit unappraochable when I came in but I guess they have a difficult job to do although she made me feel as if I had the day of admission wrong when I hadn't. She spoke down to me and I know another patient on the ward next door who had the same experience.

I am sorry that the bed manager you and other patients met was unwelcoming and made you question that you had followed your admission instructions correctly.I will of course pass your comments on so we can seek to improve the overall experience.
