I am responsible for everything to do with facilities, estates and IT. This includes our £50m building programme, food, cleaning, estates, porters, telephones, IT, transport, car parks and anything similar. Also leading our new Patient Experience Programme.

Thank you for your fantsastic suggestion about using our staff to train others; perhaps this is something that we could look at. We try very hard to treat each patient as an individual so its very pleasing to hear that you received such good treatment.
