When my husband complained of stomach pain in the early hours of the morning, I phoned A & E and was advised to take him there immediately. On arrival, he was promptly dealt with and transferred to a ward. All the staff, from the cleaners to the surgeons, are caring and professional. We hear so many complaints about the failing N.H.S. that I really must compliment this hospital. The standard of care is amazing. During the six weeks my husband was in there, he was treated with respect and always kept informed about his medical condition. The hospital is modern and spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and approachable and I feel we are so lucky to have Salford Royal as our local hospital.
