Yesterday I had to attend AE with severe back pains feeling very poorly and anxious. I must thank you for the excellent treatment that I received and the manner in which it was administrated. From the reception throughout my stay I was treated with sympathy dignity and friendliness. The care and patience that was given me was superb and the manner in which I was treated put me completely at ease. My examination was very very thorough and everything was explained to me. I must especially thank the nurse and the doctor who treated me and took so much trouble in ensuring that I understood what was wrong with me and the treatment necessary. In these days when one hears so many bad reports about the NHS it is very pleasing to say how lucky we are in Hereford to have a hospital that gives such very good service and in such a pleasant manner. Thank you.
