I took my father in law to see a consultant about his eyes on the 5th July. My father in law is 80 years of age and from the moment we got in her room she was impatient and shouty. She hurried my father in law and was impatient that he took to long to sit down or answer her questions. She was very abrupt with us. I have never experienced anything like it. My father in law is very nervous about anyone touching his eyes and she didnt put him at ease. How can a consultant shout at patients. Its disgraceful. I will never enter rivera again. And will be taking this further.
