Went for a second ENT appointment at this hospital to discuss the tinnitus problems I have been experiencing for over a year. The ENT consultant was extremely unsympathetic and told me that my problems are all my own fault because I am worrying too much about the issue. Since he doesn't suffer from tinnitus himself and clearly lacks any capacity for empathy I not quite sure how he remotely arrived at these conclusions. After repeated requests he also agreed to refer me for an MRI scan. However, on checking later I discovered that no referral had been made and he had clearly lied through his teeth throughout the appointment.
