I have just returned from PGH Accident and Emergency Department. My husband has an injury causing him excruciating pain. We were told that the waiting time was 4 hours and to take a seat. As there wasn't a seat and 4 hours is a long time we have returned home without treatment. Well A and E managers this is not good enough for either your patients or your staff. The receptionist on duty was polite and professional and I would say needs to be awarded a medal. I know, perhaps one of your management team should work nights to both help out and to see for yourselves what a horrible place A and E is to both visit and work.
