"Confidence, self-esteem and a happy smiling disposition have begun to return"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

I went along to my first appointment having reached a very low ebb due to workplace bullying. In a safe, comfortable setting, I was able to confide and explore the issues which I felt unable to manage.

Talking therapy supported me while enabling me to gain a clear perspective on the situation that was causing me so much concern.

After several visits my outlook brightened! The knowledge and skills I aquired have turned my life around. Confidence, self-esteem and a happy smiling disposition have begun to return.

I highly recommend this service and would like to say a special 'thank you' to Ian, the IM therapist.
