What I liked
I am very unhappy with my consultant, he is a man I simply can't speak to - he doesn't listen. This leads to unnecessary worry and stress. My condition has never been fully explained to me or how it will effect my life. The most recent advice has shocked me in that he wants me to return to eye drops which did NOT control my eye pressures in the past!
I have no idea who to turn to.
What could be improved
Whilst I do not have a problem with my consultants team they will act under his direction. I have no idea whether there is another consultant and team I can transfer to.
