3 days ago I went for my 2nd coil fitting (first one wasnt a very nice excerpience at a surgery in almondbury). going for the 2nd time the lady who did the fitting wasnt exsactly polite, she wasnt talking much - JUST there to do HER job basically BUT the nurse kate who stood by my side as I had the fitting was lovley gave me a great feeling and made me feel sure of what was going on! made me feel more relaxed and I felt more comfortable with her! : )
