After receiving excellent treatment during and after surgery, the follow up appointment was well what can I say, was very disappointing. After being patronised and talked too like a five year old ( bear in mind I am a 35 year old women ) I felt totally disheartened. Having not found a satisfactory outcome, I therefore requested a second opinion and was led to believe that they where sorting this out for me, only to find out three weeks later that this wasn't the case and now have to be referred by my GP yet again, totally fed up with it I thought that the NHS cared but all they care about are numbers and performance not patient care.
