Anything else?
Came to C27 by referral. The whole visit from reception to leaving after my consultants treatment ran like a Swiss watch. Very pleased. All the staff on the unit looked a little glum, maybe a manager had been and shouted at everybody. This did not affect the service I received. Mangy thanks.
