About: St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey)

Anything else?

On June 28th 2013 my mother (aged 70) had a seizure whilst in the passenger seat of a car on the M25. We called an ambulance and one arrived within about 10 minutes. The two ambulance men were very professional and reassuring. They got my mother into a stable and comfortable state immediately and transported her to St Peter's Hospital where she was kept in for tests and observation for the next 3 days. The care she received throughout her stay was outstanding. The staff in A and E and in the Medical Assessment ward were, without exception, professional, caring, informative and reassuring. We are extremely grateful for their good work.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments about our A&E and Medical Assessment Unit teams here, which we will pass on to them. It is always nice to receive good feedback and we are pleased your mother was so well cared for and that you felt reassured at what must have been a stressful time. We hope she is better now. Many thanks.
