About three weeks ago I had an appointment at Northwich Victoria with a gastro-enterologist . I was seen promptly by a doctor who understood my whole condition and treated me accordingly. As part of this consultation two further appointments were made for me at Victoria. This morning I attended both of these appointments. From the moment I entered the hospital I was treated by everyone with courtesy, kindness and professionalism. I felt that I was treated as an individual and that all three appointments were 'joined up'. Heartfelt thanks
