What I liked

I have previously had bad experiences of Basildon Hospital, but on this occassion I could not praise you enough, my son was taken to A & E on Sunday (11 November) after having been assaulted in the early hours of sunday morning, he was seen to quite promptly and then as promised, was rung by the senior house officer of the Oral Surgery Department the following day, he was seen in their clinic that day and received treatment there and then, I cannot thank you enough and my opinions of Basildon Hospital have changed for the better, Thank you all involved.

What could be improved

The waiting time, but I know this is an impossibility considering the areas that Basildon Hospital cover in their A & E Department.
