My named nurse is good but far too busy. I'm sure he would help me if he had the time and didn't have to keep being in the office doing admin. I have also enjoyed playing cards with the staff.
I wanted to make a phone call but staff said they were too busy and it was too late by the time I could make it.
Please listen to the patients more and get them involved in their care plan. For example, I have a special diet but people don't understand this and it should be written into my care plan.
It would be good to be able to occasionally make my own meals, for example the breakfast club.
