Anything else?
I have had dealings with the old gynaecology department before. I was very nervous when I realised I would again have to go back to the departnment. What a change! Staff were upbeat and the consultant I saw was amazing. I was absolutely terrified, but he was very calm and reassured all my fears away. You are not ignored, or treated like an object to just agree with the decisions. I was informed the whole time what was going on and was actively encouraged to ask questions. What made me smile the most.... It was a letter form the consultant to say he hoped I was still well, and not experiencing any more problems. A little touch, but a huge show of caring and compassion. Thank you to all the staff.
