Over the last few years I have had lots of dealings with this place. Whilst some individual staff members can be delightful, the real ethos is that "patients get in the way of the job" as my named nurse repeatedly said... The no manual handling policy means that staff are happy to leave your food out of reach and to offer no assistance in getting to the food or any toilet facilities. Patients are frequently spoken to as if they are inconvenient and something found on a shoe. I do have enemies to whom I would heartily recommend this hospital. But my next procedure will be somewhere else.
