Anything else?
From the moment I visited my GP to today when I finished radiotherapy treatment in Cheltenham, I have been treated with dignity, good manners, professionalism and truly high class care. Whatever the outcome of my treatment I have nothing but praise for the surgery, the oncologist and the team of radiographers in Cheltenham and the breast care staff in Hereford. The trek to Cheltenham is tiring but the radiographers do all they can to accommodate one for appointments. Most impressive is the fact that although there s a steady flow of patients (200 a day?) no-one seemed rushed and they always had time to explain what was happening and to make one feel like a human being. Please make sure these comments are circulated around the Departments and that your managers congratulate the staff. Busy organizations sometimes forget to do that. Once radiotherapy is up and running at Hereford I will do all I can to help. Susanne Spence .
