I had a bad fall...had to wait for 4 hours with incredibly unfriendly, uncaring and simply rude receptionists. Then was told that nothing was wrong. I had an awful pain on my foot. Received a call a couple of days later to be told that a bone was displaced on my foot! Misdiagnosed! Not surprised. I returned for my foot to be strapped and had to wait again for another 2.5 hours! Absolutely outrageous service. No communication from the rude staff members and disappointing overall service.
