What I liked

My experience is of this hospital is at the eye clinic. Appointments are generally on time. The staff are polite and professional. Although the buildings are old, equipment seems to be modern and serviceable. Overall, my experience of this facility is very positive and I am pleased that this NHS centre serves my community so well.

Other members of my family who have used (other) clinics at this hospital have also been impressed by the standards.

What could be improved

Parking facilities for out-patients are dreadful.
