(as a service user),

I think without this service I would be panicking, because Sam takes the weight off my shoulders, and Lorna.

Without this service, which is so excellent, I can call up and Sam will call me back when I get into a pickle.

If they didn't come to visit me, instead they told me to visit them, I would miss my appointment. It's more relaxing when they visit me.

They make more sense when I slow down and if there are any concerns they can speak to staff for me.
