"A & E -In & Out"

About: Harrogate District Hospital

Anything else?

I visited the A and E department on Sunday 30th June 2013. I was checked in at reception at 10.30 and following my visit was out in 1 hour. I saw a triage nurse, had some xrays, was seen by another nurse, given a diagnosis (fractured elbow), plastered, copies of my notes and xrays to take to my local hospital, ( as I was visiting family), and was on my way home within an hour. Amazing service along with lovely staff. One of the staff who plastered my arm, discussed my fracture and showed me my xrays is truely a credit to your hospital - she even had a sense of humour! Very thoughtful and caring.
