The A and E department at Scunthorpe Hospital are brilliant. They are efficient, experienced and great at what they do.
I thought I would be in for a long wait when I turned up there, but was seen within ten minutes, sorted, treated and was out within an hour - all patched up after my fall.
They were cheerful and happy, despite being busy. What a credit to the community.
