"microdiscectomy"

About: Nottingham Woodthorpe Hospital

Anything else?

I went into notts woodthorpe hospital as an NHS patient on 27/06/13 but was treated as if I was royalty! The care, attention and kindness of all staff (well except one but I will not let her ruin a positive experience) was exceptional. I had a lumbar microdiscectomy which was performed by the consultant who was a very professional yet warm man. Food was lovely, very fresh, even though I'm abit gutted I couldn't eat more than a sandwich as I was still recovering from the effects of the anesthetic and the following morning I had weetabix, toast and jam and a cup of tea. I would definitely recommend this hospital as it is outstanding in my opinion.
