What I liked

I was referred by W. Suffolk Hospital for tooth extraction. Initial letter inviting me to appointment was very friendly. Reception and general ambience of hospital was warm. I was treated on time with compassion and efficency. The extraction was so quick I did not notice and there was little pain when anaesthetic wore off. I was dealt with in 20 minutes compared to 2 hours at West Suffolk for a 'consultation!' Congratulations, excellent service.
